VTR plc Change of name to Prime Focus London plc

Publically listed media and communications services company VTR plc announces that it has changed its name to Prime Focus London plc. Prime Focus London plc and its Indian parent company, Prime Focus Limited, are in the process of completing a global assessment of the group�s branding and made the decision to rename in London to increase recognition in the marketplace and to bring the London entity in line with the other international group companies. The resolution to change the name was passed by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held on 17th September 2008.
