The board of VTR plc announce the resignation of Group Managing Director Neil Lane from the board with immediate effect. The board would like to thank Neil for his contribution over the last 19 years and wish him well for the future.
As of today, Anshul Doshi will combine his current role of Finance Director with the duties of Group Managing Director, until such time as a suitable replacement is identified for the role of either Group Managing Director or Finance Director.
