Board Change

31 August 2006

Following the investment by Prime Focus last April, Paul Tracey, Managing Director has remained with the Company to manage the handover to the new board of directors. Now that this process has taken place, Mr. Tracey has resigned from the board.

Neil Lane, currently Operations Director, has been appointed Managing Director with effect from 31 August 2006.
