Holding in Company

The Board has received notification, in accordance with sections 198 to 210 of the Companies Act 1985 (as amended) that following the recent increase in the issued ordinary share capital of the Company, Cundill International Co., now has a beneficial interest of 4.48% of the Company’s current issued share capital.
