Mr. Ramakrishnan Sankaranarayanan (Chairman and Managing Director), holds a Bachelor of Electronics degree as well as an MBA. He has over 18 years of rich experience performing technical, strategy, customer service, marketing, sales & general management roles in the IT industry, as well as specific experience in the deployment of technology within the Media & Entertainment sector. He has been Managing Director of Prime Focus Limited since October 2011 and a Co-Founder & Director in Prime Focus Technologies (PFT) Private Limited since April 2008. Under Ramki’s leadership, PFT built the World’s First Hybrid Cloud platform for unified multiplatform content operations. Prior to Prime Focus, Ramki was the CEO of Subex Technologies, an IT Services player in the Telecom Industry. Before joining Subex, as General Manager & Head of worldwide sales and marketing in Tata Elxsi for the Product R&D Services division, developing business worldwide across Japan, Europe, India & North American regions. Ramki also set up the operations of Tata Elxsi in USA and as an Industry Manager – he led the business in the Media Industry in India and established Tata Elxsi as an Innovator & Systems Integrator of content creation tools & systems.

Mr. Naresh Malhotra (Non-executive director) is Chairman of Prime Focus Limited. A veteran in the Indian Film and Television industry, he commenced his career as an Associate Director and Controller of Production with the well known director Mr. Ashit Sen, with whom he made several, hit films like Khamoshi, Safar, Anokhi Raat etc. Later, he ventured into producing films on his own and made four films including the hit film Shahenshah, with Amitabh Bachchan as the lead star. Mr. Naresh Malhotra set-up India’s first digital audio studio named ’Audio File’. Realising the importance of television industry in 80’s, he produced (first video serial in association with Gareware Polysters) and advised various production houses on the television software. In 1990, on sensing the potential boom in the television industry, he ventured into the business of providing services for the production of TV programs and ad films by hiring out video equipment like cameras, recorders, monitors, etc. to various Satellite Channels, Production houses and Ad filmmakers. Over the years, he has been recognized as a pioneer and market leader.

Mr. Rivkaran Chadha (Non-executive director) is an MBA in finance from Cardiff University, England and Wales. A successful and recognised businessman in his field, he provides valuable inputs in the framing and implementation of financial strategies.

Mr. Shivkumar Venkatachalam (Non-Executive Director), is a Chartered Accountant and a law graduate. He has more than 20 years experience in consultancy services to reputed Indian and multinational Companies. He is the proprietor of a chartered accountancy firm called M/s V Shivkumar and Associates in Mumbai.
