Namit Malhotra is Managing Director of Prime Focus Limited, the majority shareholder of Prime Focus London PLC. Namit built Prime Focus from a one room editing studio to the largest post production and visual effects studio in India. He is Chairman of Prime Focus London PLC and is a member of the Audit and Remuneration Committees.

Anshul Doshi is a chartered accountant and holds a law degree. Prior to joining Prime Focus in 2005 , he worked in the corporate finance division of KPMG. He is Vice President – Strategy and Business Development of Prime Focus in India and Finance Director for Prime Focus London PLC. His responsibilities for Prime Focus London PLC include Finance, Technical Operations, Strategy and integrating Prime Focus London PLC with Prime Focus India for the International Market.

Christopher Mills is the Chief Executive and Investment Manager of North Atlantic Smaller Companies Investment Trust plc ("NASCIT"). His other directorships include Oryx International Growth Fund Limited ("ORYX") ,Catalyst Media Group PLC, Sirvis IT PLC, Inspired Gaming PLC and several other companies. He is currently a member and chief investment officer of the manager of NASCIT and ORYX , North Atlantic Value LLP, and a director of J O Hambro Capital Management Group Limited. Prior to joining the J O Hambro Capital Management Group in 1993 he was a Director of INVESCO MIM Limited and Samuel Montagu International Limited and operated as its head of North American Investments and its head of North American Venture Capital. He has served as a non-executive director of Prime Focus London PLC since 2003 and acts as chairman of the Audit and Remuneration Committees.

Marie Louise Windeler has over 20 years of senior executive experience including most recently as the UK CEO of WPP subsidiary, Hill and Knowlton which she developed into a full service PR agency with multi million pound revenues. She is also Non Executive Director of Freshwater UK plc and acts as a strategic business consultant to Siren PR. Marie Louise has deep understanding and knowledge of the marketing and communication industries having worked in a variety of businesses where she achieved significant business growth.

Naresh Malhotra is Chairman of Prime Focus Limited. A veteran in the Indian film and TV industry, he commenced his career as an associate director and controller of production before venturing into producing on his own. He has made several films including the acclaimed 'Shahanshah'. He was appointed as a non-executive director of VTR in 2006 and is a member of the Audit and Remuneration Committees.

Riv karan Chadha has an MBA in finance from Cardiff University. He is a director of Prime Focus Limited and Mangal Singh Bros. Pvt. Limited. He joined Prime Focus London PLC as a non-executive director in 2006 and is a member of the Audit Committee.
